Finding great inspiration from tons of good feedbacks on our first Magento template - JM Purity, JoomlArt team is happy to deliver the 2nd template of the month JM Mesolite to all JoomlArt Magento club members.

The name Mesolite sounds familiar? You might wonder whether there is any similarity with our Joomla!-based template JA Mesolite. Exactly, the whole bright looking of this Joomla! template has been tuned into Magento platform and this gets done as the conversion inquiries has been on top of our wish list for long, in particular those from users who currently use JA Mesolite.

Going with JM Mesolite, you will see our first extensions for Magento, named JM Category List, JM Product List, JM Product Slider and JM Slideshow, complementing an optimal presentation of all products to your potential customers. The JM Product Slider and JM Product List allow to display a specific range of product to localize your shop (i.e. Best buy, Top Rated, Most Reviewed groups etc.,). In the meanwhile, the Category List enables to organize static product listing with different layout configurations (setting numbers of columns, leading products, intro text per each product etc.,). Last but notably, you will find in JM Slideshow beautiful banners loaded from any specified folders.

Even though above-mentioned extensions are still on our first stage for Magento platform and surely need further updates, however, we believe that JM Mesolite is ready for a complete shop solution. See demo here.

JA Opal

JA slideshow 2 module with more advanced animation configuration as well as opacity effect will be a good complement to the JA content slider module.

The very first template of JoomlArt Magento Templates Club will be called JM Purity, as winning template JA Purity. The JM Purity will lead as the core theme framework for all upcoming JoomlArt Magentos. If you have already played around with JoomlArt templates so far, you can find our Joomla template framework as a good reference in terms of customization, scalability and validation.

As you can see on the demo, the the template is simple but very clean & professional theme where users can do a lot of color customization with a few simple steps. We adapt our standard usertool on top of JM Purity that enable your buyers to control font size and color themes (default, red and blue) for the best view.

Getting familiar with e-commerce solutions on Joomla platform (i.e. JA Zeolite, JA Mesolite, JA Larix etc.,), we are now quite confident to create real e-commerce themes for Magento platform at the highest quality. JA Magento Templates Club

Having conducted an insight review and also receive many good feedback of our first template, JM Purity, JoomlArt is delighted to annouce the opening of a new templates club for this powerful ecommerce platform. Everymonth, starting from Feb 2009, at least 1 new template will be added to the club portfolio of JA Magento Template Club.

It is a good news for us all that Magento has won the best new open-source project at the 2008 SourceForge.net Community Choice Awards. Magento features clean urls and SEO from the start, everything is designed in a clean and simple way while maintaining semantic code outputs. Thus, we do expect to see great expansion of this powerful platform in the time to come.
